We hope you love your Made by Marys creation, but if you are not satisfied, requests for returns must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving the item. A return shipping label will be issued to the email used when purchasing the item and once the item is received back at Made by Marys, in new, unused condition, we will issue a refund for the item – shipping charges and fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless you received an incorrect or damaged product.

All custom/personalized items are non-refundable.

Please allow up to 14 days for your credit to process. Returns will refund back to the original method of payment.

SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. Once the package is shipped, you will receive another email notification with the tracking number.

The shipping date ranges displayed on product pages include processing and estimated shipping time. Shipping charges are based upon the weight of the item. We only ship to the contiguous 48 states of America - but we are working towards expanding our reach!

Commission pieces and personal requests will require 3-6 weeks for planning, art and shipping. This time frame of 3-6 weeks begins FROM the moment client has confirmed and approved their design.

*We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. Once your status is marked as delivered by the carrier selected, we are not responsible for the package.

**We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
